In my 25-year corporate experience, I learned that your path is not permanent. Change is always possible, but it can be challenging without the right tools, awareness, and support. My coaching services bring those elements forward and increase your ability to make positive changes.

Coaching is a dialogue between coach and client, often using open-ended questions to help the client move forward. The questions might draw out what's hidden to shift a client's perspective or may elevate self-awareness. The coach is a guide for the client to reach their goal or desired outcome.
Coaching has numerous benefits, such as changing or improving what isn't working, moving you closer to what you want, or clarifying priorities. Coaching may be used to solve problems, generate ideas, address behaviors, or strengthen skills.
It would be a one-on-one conversation for us to get to know each other. I would want to understand how I could best help and would ask you a few questions. It would be a free, confidential, 30-minute meeting (virtual or phone call) and I can answer any questions you have.
