DownloadCoaching is a dialogue between coach and client, often using open-ended questions to help the client move forward. The questions might draw out what's hidden to shift a client's perspective or may elevate self-awareness. The coach is a guide for the client to reach their goal or desired outcome.
Coaching has numerous benefits, such as changing or improving what isn't working, moving you closer to what you want, or clarifying priorities. Coaching may be used to solve problems, generate ideas, address behaviors, or strengthen skills.
It will be a one-on-one conversation to get to know each other. I’ll ask a few questions to better understand your goals and how I might support you, and you’re welcome to ask me anything as well. This confidential, no-cost 30-minute session (virtual or by phone) is simply an opportunity to explore possibilities and discuss how we might work together.
A Hogan Assessment is a powerful tool designed to help you better understand your personality, values, and potential challenges. It provides insights in three key areas:
The assessment itself takes about 30–45 minutes to complete. Afterward, you’ll receive a 90-minute debrief session where we review your results and outline actionable steps to leverage your strengths and address potential risks.
A Hogan Assessment and debrief may be purchased individually or may be added to any coaching package.
